Spragg’s Meat Shop offers a full line of naturally raised pork products at wholesale for companies interested in carrying great tasting pork. Greg and Bonnie Spragg both raise the pork and run the fully inspected processing facility. At the present time, this product is provincially inspected, and thus can only be sold in Alberta. We are especially proud of our line of gluten free pork sausage. All of the recipes are made from scratch so we can assure consumers of quality, and possible allergens.

Our processed products have full nutritional labeling, and all products can be delivered pre labeled with your selling price and bar code needs.

Spragg’s Meat Shop offers a number of products for the food service industry focused towards pizzeria’s, concession operators, and smaller independent restaurants. We know that you will enjoy the great taste and quality of our products that we offer at competitive prices. Greg and Bonnie Spragg produce the naturally raised pork that goes into these products and the beef is sourced locally in the Rosemary area. All of the processing and sausage making is done in their fully inspected facility in the village of Rosemary. Consider some of the following products that we have to offer:

Beef Patties: lean ground beef, 1/4lb burgers, regular or seasoned, available frozen in boxes of 35 patties.

            Pork Items: boneless ribs or side ribs, regular and BBQ marinated, available fresh or frozen in 1kg packages            

Smokies: 100% pork Bavarian smokies, fully cooked available fresh or frozen. Packages of 5 or boxes of 50, individual smokies are 80-90 g.

 Pizza toppings: pepperoni, salami, spicy Italian, ham, seasoned or regular ground beef, uncooked bacon bits. Available fresh or frozen, sliced or unsliced.

 Polish kielbasa: 100% fully cooked pork sausage, perfect with perogies, available fresh or frozen, 500g packages.
