Steaks :      2 T-Bone Steaks (approx 1.5 lb each)

Summer:   1 box of 40 beef patties

                   2 Top sirloin Steaks

Roasts:     1 sirloin tip roast (approx 3 lb)
    $50        1 round roast - marinated or reg (4lb)

Prices are based on hanging weight, you receive approx 60% of that weight in meat
Our average side weighs 450 lb

Front Quarter $2.45/lb
Hind Quarter $2.60/lb

You can order your side or quarter, decide how it should be cut and packaged, we cut the beef per your instructions.
