Custom processing is available in Rosemary at our processing shop. We process your beef, pork or lamb to your cutting specifications. Inspected slaughter is done through Brooks Meat Packers. Simply phone the meatshop and arrange with us when to drop your animals off in Brooks. Our price list is as follows: 
          Beef Slaughter fee $105
           Pork slaughter fee $45
          cut and wrap $0.60/lb on hanging weight
          grinding fee $0.25 /lb 
Wild game (uninspected)$0.70lb
$15 disposal fee on uninspected

Custom Sausage

We have a wide range of sausage that we can make for you with your wild game, beef or pork. There are fresh sausage as well as cold smoked and fully cooked sausage recipes. Prices are as follows
Fresh sausage $1.80/lb
smoked or fully cooked $2.30/lb
pork trim $2.00/lb
beef trim $2.75/lb
