What is Spragg Pastured Pork?

• Our pigs are raised outside on a plant protein diet with no antibiotics or growth hormones in their feed.

• Humanely raised in a low stress, environmentally friendly manner

• All of this meat is provincially inspected and is sold only in Alberta

• These pigs are born and raised naturally and then processed to your satisfaction by Greg and Bonnie Spragg.

• Same great pork now fully processed in Rosemary.

• 18 lbs ham (3 pieces) or 10 lbs cutlets

• 15 lbs pork chops (pkgs of 4)

• 8 lbs pork roast (2 roasts)

• 7 lbs bacon or 8 lbs side pork

• 10 lbs breakfast sausage or patties

• 3 lbs side ribs

• 5 lbs Boston Butt Steak (pkg of 2)
