WILD GAME PROCESSING

November and December are dedicated to receiving and processing wild game for hunters. We will skin, cut and wrap and make sausage according to custom specifications. Every customer's animal is kept separate through the entire process, to ensure that the meat you bring in, is the meat that you take home in steaks, roasts, and sausage. Every year we add options for different kinds of sausage that you can have made. Our wild game processing costs are outlined below.
