Dad is going to love this juicy burger packed with chopped garlic and onion! Grill patties to desired doneness and top off with red onion, spicy red peppers, and slices of avocado! Yum!
This one requires an 8-hour smoke, but it’s worth it! Coat a pork shoulder with a spicy rub, smoke for 8 hours, wrap and let the pork sit for an hour. Serve with a hearty side of coleslaw. Our mouths are watering!
We love a classic steak on the grill! Season 3 T-bone steaks with oil, parsley, capers, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper! Grill to desired doneness and serve with a side of greens!
Dad will be delighted with this tender and juicy pork belly! Marinate pork with char siu sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Smoke 4-5 hours, slice and serve!
Create a delectable spicy marinade, and let sit for 1 hour. Fire up the grill and cook steak on high for 3-5 minutes per side. Slice into ¼” strips and serve in a warm tortilla topped with diced tomatoes, cilantro, and cilantro cream!
