All summer, we have been perfecting some new items to bring into our meat shop. We’ve been trying new delicious recipes and combinations behind the scenes, and now you can try them too!
First up, you can now find beef smokies and chicken smokies for sale at both our Calgary and Rosemary locations. These two new smokies are waiting for you to toss on the barbecue and enjoy in the last few weeks of summer. Or, as we get into the colder months, cook up your smokies in the oven or on your stovetop. They are the perfect main ingredient or as an addition to any meal.
At our deli counter, you can now find two new options for sandwich meats. We are thrilled to introduce garlic salami and ham sausage! These delicious options are the latest additions to our all-star lineup of deli meats, including bologna, summer sausage, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, salami, and more.
Finally, we are excited to say that our fully cooked pulled pork is back by popular demand, and is in stock at all of our locations. Cut down on cooking time, and save yourself the hassle of having to cook your own pulled pork, and purchase it fully cooked from our meat shop. All you have to do is heat up the pork at home, and you are ready to serve to your hungry family! We recommend heating the pork in a pot on the stove, however, the microwave gets the job done just as well.
All of our new items are gluten and dairy-free, but please note that our two new deli meats contain garlic and mustard as allergens. If you have any questions about these or our other products, stop into one of our locations and ask our knowledgeable butchers.
