Yummy Pork Mummy
Mix cream and mustard in a small skillet. Simmer 10-15 minutes, remove from heat, and stir in thyme. Place pork in a shallow baking pan, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil for 6 minutes. Spread mixture over pork. Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with butter, and repeat layers 4x. Roll up pork in phyllo dough, bake 15-20 minutes, and serve with mustard sauce!
Ghost and Spider Pan Pizza
Slice mozzarella into ¼” rounds. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to achieve spooky shapes. Make creepy crawly spiders by poking both sides of an olive with a fork. Stick a single rosemary leaf into each hole. Bake crust with a layer of tomato sauce and olive spiders for 12-15 minutes. Load on ghost-shaped mozzarella for 1 minute. Finish off by adding chopped slivers of olives onto each ghost for eyes. Serve and enjoy!
Vampire Mouth Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies
Roll dough into a 1/8” disk. Use a cookie cutter to cut 24 4-inch rounds. Bake cookies 8-10 minutes, and slice in half. Make frosting with cream cheese, butter, sugar, and food colouring. Spread 1 tablespoon frosting on each cookie half. Add mini marshmallows to 12 cookie halves, and top with remaining halves. Add a sliver of almond, and serve up!
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and sour cream, and pour into cupcake holders. Make frosting from butter, confectioners’ sugar, milk, and marshmallow fluff. Frost each cupcake. Cut baking chips in half, add to cupcakes for eyes, and add one whole chip for the mouth!
